Process to buy our items
- Put the items into the cart.
- Choose Shipping Method.
- If you have a Discount Coupon, enter the code.
- Payment Method is only PayPal.
- The grand total (item price and shipping cost) will be shown.
- Pay the grand total to our PayPal account within 24 hours of purchase.
PayPal Account : urabanchou@koberecord.com - After confirmation of your payment, the items will be shipped within 3 business days.
- A confirmation e-mail will be sent with a registration number.
- With the number, you can track the package(item) on the website of your post office, if they apply the tracking system.
NOTICE
- Sorry, but we only accept PayPal payment.
- If the grand total is not paid within 24 hours of the purchase, the order will be cancelled.
- The items in one order can not be combined with the items in other order.
- All prices are in U.S. Dollars.
- If you will find any problems on pictures or sounds etc, please let us know within a week from the day you received it.

If you will receive your package damaged, please contact your local post office,
and show the damage, and fill out an accident report. Make sure your post office
provides the information of the damage to Japanese post office.
The negotiation for the compensation of the damage will be conducted between
the post offices. They will contact you as soon as they arrive at a conclusion.
We have stopped using the Surface Mail due to the high risk of damage and
the long time it takes to arrive.
